Not only does Nature supply us with everything we need to survive ... but it helps us reduce our stress levels and makes us feel more relaxed. These are Peonies from my Sister's garden. Gardening itself has been a life-saver.

Artistic Statement for this Painting: I paint the way I garden,- with bountiful splashes of colour. I joyfully dip my brush into moist pools of vibrant reds, lemon-lime and golden yellows, soothing blues and ceruleans. I spread the colour on saturated paper and watch it dance across the page. I am entranced!
